Plain Common glass

Vidro

Common glass is a transparent ceramic material, obtained from the cooling of a silica-based liquid mass. It is waterproof, smooth, but has low mechanical resistance, making it fragile and easily brittle.

These can be of two types: smooth or textured.

Plain glass – our specialty – is completely transparent and is normally used when there is no need for total privacy.

Advantages:

  • Sustainable material: it is one of the most recyclable materials that exists;
  • Great durability – it does not easily suffer chemical attacks, maintaining its properties;
  • Its transparency allows the passage of natural/artificial light from one environment to another;
  • Easy cleaning.

Applications:

  • Living room and bedroom windows;
  • Sliding doors.
